Book with confidence

We accept we are in uncertain times right now, and almost all of the holiday and sports events we operate travel packages for have been affected. Scientific advice still can’t pinpoint when the virus will pass completely or when travel can resume in earnest as different countries are in differing states of response. However, when the opportunity returns in the not too distant future, we are here to reassure you that we are best placed for you to jump onboard. Whilst, like you, we are disappointed that holidays and sports events have had to be cancelled, nothing is more important to us than the safety and welfare of our employees, customers and the communities we work with, around the world.

As a travel company, our passion for adventure has been suppressed due to the situation we have all found ourselves in, but we have used our time wisely, planning for events whereby we can expand on the levels previously offered. We have been are extremely busy detail planning for the return of travel and events, displaying a comprehensive Travel, Adventure, Sports and Extreme treks and travel.

When booking with Purple Dog you are fully financially protected through ATOL and safe in the knowledge that your monies are held In trust. The trust account solution allows each travel option the independent security in line with The Package Travel Regulation Compliance.

When a customer pays monies for a package to Purple Dog Company, your monies are paid directly into a Protected Trust Services trust account. This affords Purple Dog to pay its supply chain in facilitating the package, whilst protecting the monies of the customer.

The Package Travel Regulations and the Package Travel Directive clearly state that a trust account and/or insurance are both viable solutions to ensure consumer protection. It is a strategic, cost-effective solution that aids tour operators and travel agents to manage cash flow, client monies and ensure Package Travel Regulation Compliance whilst seeking a great deal for you, the customer.

We have been very busy during the pandemic to ensure our clients were treated the best way possible and we have either helped them claim on insurance, alternative pre-registered bookings, refunded them in line with the previous T’s and C’s refund policy, if FCDO advice affected any of their travel plans.
